MillenniumBlok® is this century’s ultimate answer for structurally superior, economically sound, and environmentally effective construction. MillenniumBlok® is designed with a patent-pending interconnected concrete octagonal shaped cell system which offers a wall structure 80% stronger than its cylindrical shaped cell competitors. The form is made as one unitary block, not in halves as its competitors, which virtually eliminates block bulging and "blow-outs" during the filling of the octagonal inner cells with concrete.

It is a light-weight panelized concrete form system made from a composition of 85%+ recycled material, cement and other additives. Installation of MillenniumBlok® is very simple and does not require special skills or tools. The elements can be easily cut to the proper dimension by means of a wide toothed handsaw or by a chain saw. The elements can be stacked both horizontally and vertically as the octagonal cells will always line up. The wall system panels are glued with a minimal expanding foam glue supplied by MillenniumBlok®. Rebar is placed during stacking and then filled with 3000 psi concrete.

The ability for MillenniumBlok® to produce "A symmetrical" walls is unique in the industry. This allows us to manufacture a 12" wall with a 2" interior wall while the exterior now becomes 4" thick. This is a tremendous improvement over a typical ICF because it places the thermal core (concrete structural interior) further form the heat of the day and the cold of the night. In effect, the customer receives the insulation value of a 14" block while paying for a 12" block.
